In 2007, the Stavig brothers acquired Myers Container and Container Management Services, the fourth generation in the family-owned business dating back to 1917. In February 2011, the Stavigs added General Steel Drum in North Carolina, operating under its own name.

Myers Container, LLC - Myers Container manufactures steel drums that meet kosher dietary laws, Department of Transportation (DOT), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Military (MIL) and NQA-1 standards.

Myers Container produces products that are both FDA and Kosher Certified. FDA/Kosher Approval
