RPS Composites provides engineered dual laminate and FRP pipe and tank solutions to industrial customers for corrosive fluid processing, handling, and storage applications.

From material selection through component design, stress analysis, project management, manufacturing, shipping, installation, and maintenance, RPS Composites can support your composite equipment throughout its lifecycle. With a full line of ASME NM.2 compatible pipe and fittings, and inventory stocked in major US industrial hubs, choosing FRP has never been easier.

RPS manufactures a wide range of corrosion resistant FRP and dual laminate equipment from piping systems to tanks, vessels, and other miscellaneous equipment. Our facility in Vaughan, Ontario is the only plant in Canada certified by ASME to manufacture FRP vessels to the RTP-1 Standard. It is one of only three plants in North American certified to manufacture dual laminate vessels to the RTP-1 Standard.

We offer a full range of services including installation, inspection, repair, training, and UltraAnalytix™ inspection. Maintenance crews are available for emergency callout on a 24/7 basis.

RPS Composites has locations in the US and Canada: Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Utah, Alabama, Texas, Louisiana, Washington, Nova Scotia, and Ontario.
