Based in Loulé (Algarve), the heliport Miguel Barros (LPMB) is HTA´s home base. HTA was founded in 1996 with operations covering the entire Portuguese territory, Spain and other countries on request. HTA also has a permanent based in Cascais (LPCS).

- IR(H) - Instrument Rating, Instrument Rating Conversions and Night Rating
- Cabri G2, AS350 and AS355 Type Rating and Type Rating Instructor

HTA is also certified to perform helicopter maintenance.
