Headquartered in Poway, CA, PKL Services, Inc. provides professional support in both Aerospace Services as well as Training & Consulting Services. PKL Services, Inc. was founded in 2003 by Mr. Samuel Flores, Jr. (LtCol USMC (Ret)) who is a disabled veteran with 30 years experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. We are an ISO 9001 Certified Company in executing quality management system standards and requirements. PKL is deeply committed to our ethos – our values and principles – as the bedrock of our company.
