CGP Europe have native/host country EAPs in over 140 countries and formed equity-interest joint ventures in Brazil, China, Russia and India. Our growth in these markets has been driven by both multinational organizations based in the U.S. and Canada as well as by companies located in foreign countries.

CGP Group was acquired by Morneau Shepell in December, 2017 and has been proudly operating as part of Morneau Shepell since.

We are providing EAP programs to multinational and local companies in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Hungary, Romania, Poland, Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia, Czech Republic and Slovakia. Our 24/7-call centers are located in Budapest(H) and Zug(CH); our counselors answer the incoming calls in English, German, French, Italian, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian, Serbian, Croatian, Czech, and Slovakian languages. Since 2011, we have been focusing on building a reliable and quality assured counselor network of local counselors in each European country.

Our "Glocal"​ approach enables a multinational organization to provide global EAP services by using our best-of-breed "​in-country"​ provider affiliates who can offer culturally relevant and competent programs. The "Glocal"​ model better serves international human resource issues and organizational business priorities by implementing an EAP that is culturally sensitive, community based, locally accessible, and highly collaborative.
