IXRF Systems not only designs and manufactures high-end X-ray Microanalysis (EDS or EDX) systems fitted to Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM), but we have also developed SEM-XRF microscope attachments allowing broader elemental analysis coverage. IXRF also offers the ATLAS series of general-purpose, micro spot energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (micro XRF) hyper-spectral imaging spectrometers for the measurement and mapping of elements from carbon (C) through uranium (U).

IXRF Systems uses innovative design and technology in all of its products. In addition, IXRF offers the most advanced software suite for their EDS and XRF systems.

IXRF offers a complete suite of analytical tools to all customers presenting an all-inclusive, high-end software suite package that features a myriad of x-ray spectra tools, advanced x-ray elemental mapping, and high-resolution digital imaging. Features also include advanced microscope automation tools. As a result, we offer industry-standard features and unique features no other EDS or XRF system can offer.
