We directly acquire our products from carrier trade-in programs, big-box retailers and manufacturers. All cellphones and accessories that we source undergo our stringent, best-in-class triage process during which they are both functionally tested and cosmetically graded. We recycle more than 95% of our disposable material which includes OEM batteries, LCD displays, circuit boards, plastics, and other items.
