IQM Consulting is a Belgian IT company specialised in sofware testing , quality assurance ,maturity assessments and IT process improvment. IQM stands for Integrated Quality Management, a vision on software testing and IT management.Our Brasilian branch ¨IQM Brasil¨ provides low cost remote test design and test execution services.

Integrated : the quality of a product or service will only be optimal and cost efficient if all the IT processes (software development) and business processes are covered by ' quality control' and 'quality assurance'.Even the software testing process itself should be covered by quality assurance. How mature is your software testing process? Are there formal quality gates and milestone reviews integrated in the release management process? Do your stakeholders have clear acceptance criteria? Are requirements formally reviewed and approved? Quality is not just about software testing . The quality level of testing and its (cost) efficiency will be poor if other processes are not mature and covered by formal quality procedures as well.

Quality: Projects should be on time , on budget , on scope and within the agreed quality level. Poor IT product or process quality will sooner or later impact the "on time , on budget , on scope"
