Shelter Development
For over 30 years, Shelter Development has focused on creating quality communities to meet marketplace needs. By taking the time to understand individual markets while building relationships with neighborhood, government, business and financial partners, Shelter Development has successfully developed and acquired more than $2 billion in senior and family residential housing communities.

Shelter Properties
Shelter Properties manages more than 50 affordable and market-rate multifamily communities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region including its Park View Senior Living and Family Living communities.

Brightview Senior Living
Since the first Brightview Senior Living community opened in Maryland in 1999, The Shelter Group has emerged as a leader in the field of senior living. Today, there are 25 Brightview communities in nine states offering vibrant Independent Living, Assisted Living and Alzheimer's Care options.
