W&C (formerly Watson and Chalin) is a pioneering global suspension company that designs and manufactures durable medium- and heavy-duty suspensions for the truck and trailer industries. Our extensive product offering focuses on supplying original equipment manufacturers and dealers with a complete line of aftermarket suspension products and niche product development on a global scale. W&C is a one-stop-shop for all suspension needs – lift axles for truck and trailer (SL and AL series), trailer air ride (TA and TI series), single point (SP series), mechanical, sub-frame assemblies and loose axles.

W&C business spans over 30 years. Acquired by the Boler Company in 2007, W&C is a brand of Hendrickson. Since then, our product range and degree of capabilities has expanded with manufacturing excellence initiatives, a state-of-the-art laboratory for new product development and a team focused on moving the industry forward. We have the same goals as fleet owners and operators – to reduce maintenance and extend service intervals.
