Kranze Technology Solutions, Inc. is a small business company in the defense industry specializing in Infrared Countermeasures (IRCM) systems, digital interoperability and networking, and program support for the US Navy, US Marine Corps, and SOCOM. KTS provides hardware and software product development, systems of systems integration, system test and evaluation support, modeling and simulation analysis, and other engineering services to support the Warfighter.

Systems Engineers:
The candidate poses a technical and integration background while understanding battlespace CONOPS and mission oriented solutions. The candidate has demonstrated architecture development or integration of various systems on multiple aircraft platforms. The candidate will work with the software team to define system interfaces, communicate with suppliers and customers, and develop technical solutions. The candidate must be able to work without supervision, contribute innovative ideas to improve products, and lead integration efforts.

Software Engineers:
Candidate should be able to perform on a technical team to develop software solutions using the latest technologies. The candidate poses a technical and integration background. The candidate has demonstrated software development on various platforms on various systems (ideally of aircraft systems).
