Jake's Restaurant and Bar opened in March of 1991. Founder Stephen Little and Chef William Kinslow dreamed of creating an experience that married fine dining with a casual atmosphere.
Over two decades later, they remain committed to that dream. Jake's has established itself as a Flemington staple serving fresh seafood and neighborhood-renown steak. Jake's has also received the Wine Spectators Award of Excellence 8 years in a row.
