Raintree Manor is a licensed 140-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located on nine acres within the hidden gem of beautiful McMinnville, Tennessee, and nestled in the foothills of the Cumberland Plateau. Our city, known as the "Nursery Capital of the World," is south of Cookeville and northwest of Chattanooga. Our charming center features a spacious dining room for fine dining experiences, including kosher and vegetarian diet menu selections, and offers private suites for post-acute rehabilitation stays. Services available also include outpatient therapy, long-term care, certified wound care, comfort care, and respite stays.

On December 12, 2019 our center was awarded The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval for Nursing Care Center Accreditation for complying with the highest national standards for safety and quality of care, and a commitment to continually improving patient care. In addition, our compliance with the National Patient Safety Goals was validated by The Joint Commission in 2019.
