Moisture Intrusion Solutions, a Salas O'Brien Company, is an independent third party consulting, observation and testing firm which specializes in the waterproofing of the exterior building envelope. MIS professional and knowledgeable team provides our clients/partners with over 100 years of combined waterproofing knowledge and expertise from within the senior management of he company.
MIS is a team member working with the Architects, Developers and General Contractors from conceptual design through completion of the building envelope to prevent current and future moisture intrusion and resulting litigation issues. Our firm offers a wide array of services that include Document Support Services, AAMA and ASTM Testing, Job Site Observations, Thermal Imaging, Vector Mapping and Drone Observation Services.
MIS's 12 professional offices are based across the US from Florida to Mid-Atlantic Region and Seattle West Coast.
