Team Title was founded in Covington, Louisiana in 2003 by attorneys, Thomas Richards and Mark Higdon. Today, we have Louisiana offices in Mandeville, Metairie, Baton Rouge and Mississippi offices in Diamondhead, Biloxi, Hattiesburg and Brookhaven. We specialize in both, residential and commercial closings within Louisiana and Mississippi and government/disaster-related real estate services throughout the nation.

Although Team Title's business base has traditionally been residentially focused, we have performed numerous closings and closing-related services for commercial transactions as well. Team Title's staff of lawyers has experience in helping clients with the purchase and/or sale of commercial properties, businesses and business assets.
