MarketStreet was founded in 1999 to create a lasting and positive impact on the built environment of downtown Nashville. MarketStreet helped spearhead Nashville's urban revitalization through numerous public and private sector initiatives, setting a development standard that respects the unique character of the Downtown area and enhances the vitality of Nashville's urban core.

MarketStreet is primarily engaged in the development of the Gulch, an urban mixed-use neighborhood in Downtown Nashville encompassing over 60 acres. In addition to controlling one of the largest privately held land positions in downtown Nashville, MarketStreet owns and operates a diverse portfolio of income-producing commercial and residential real estate, including commercial offices, multifamily, condominiums, retail and restaurants. MarketStreet is truly invested in the Gulch and creating a model for sustainable growth and development driven by a love for Nashville.
