Sjoberg Evashenk Consulting provides practical solutions for improving state and local government operations, programs, service delivery, and public accountability. Our philosophy is simple. We strive to deliver more to our clients than they expect, and do so with the highest quality and mindfulness of their needs and budgets.

Founded in January 2000, our practice is built on decades of management consulting and audit experience in most areas of state and local government, special and school districts, and institutions of higher education in the Western United States. We specialize in internal audit, performance audit, and management consulting services.

► INTERNAL AUDIT
Independent, objective assurance and consulting services, working with management to identify problems and recommend solutions. This includes serving as appointed internal auditors; assisting internal audits through training, audits, and consulting engagements; and conducting independent quality assurance reviews.

► PERFORMANCE AUDIT
Program, management, and operational audit services conducted in accordance with auditing standards. We assess the efficacy of operations and programs; systems of internal controls to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse; and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

► MANAGEMENT CONSULTING
Advisory and consulting services, including policy and procedure development, training, project management and oversight, employee classification and compensation, and operational and risk assessments.
