About

Westbrook Housing is a community-based affordable housing agency. Today, Westbrook Housing owns and/or manages more than 450 rental units of senior, conventional market rate, and public housing. Many of these apartments have subsidized rents or are offered at reduced rental rates through tax credit programs. Most are rented to seniors or adults with disabilities. Westbrook Housing also manages several apartments that are available at market rates. Additionally, Westbrook Housing administers approximately 600 Housing Choice Vouchers (formerly called Section 8 vouchers).

In collaboration with its sister agency, the Westbrook Development Corporation, Westbrook Housing has developed a number of affordable condominiums for first-time home buyers and young professionals.
