Upstate Home Health Care is a non-medical home care agency that provides compassionate caregivers to aid and assist seniors with their daily activities and living. We are committed to providing quality, client-centered and affordable services to assist our clients in living dignified and independent lives in the comfort of their own home. Locally owned and operated, we proudly serve Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson and surrounding counties of the Upstate.

All of the personal care attendants and caregivers on staff have years of experience caring for seniors. Our caregivers are carefully handpicked and screened to ensure the very best caregiver is selected to become part of the Upstate Home Health Care team. In addition, background and reference checks are required for all caregivers ensuring only the best of care.

We understand everyone's needs are different; therefore, a customized, comprehensive care plan is created specifically for each client to address both individual needs and budget. We provide professional personal care attendants 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist seniors, the disabled, expectant and new mothers, and others with the activities of daily living in the comfort of their own homes.
