The Leonard A. Kraus Company, Inc. was formed as a corporation in 1970. We are a specialty
subcontractor providing services associated with light gauge metal framing trusses, light gauge metal
framing, panel fabrication, drywall assemblies, insulation and acoustical ceilings. Our mission is to
provide quality commercial construction services on all projects.

We realize the importance of consistently meeting high standards and expectations. This tradition of
excellence has afforded us continued success and allowed us to build lasting relationships in the industry.
We have been providing construction services within the industry for over forty years and are now in the
second generation of operation and ownership.

The Leonard A. Kraus Co. has thrived by combining excellence in performance and management of all
projects. We pride ourselves in the ability to complete projects according to schedule while not
sacrificing quality or safety.

The Leonard A. Kraus Company, Inc. is a member of The American Subcontractor's Association, The
Building Congress & Exchange and Associated Building Contractors of Baltimore.
