Resource Title National Agency, Inc. is a woman owned corporation. RTNAI is one of the nations'​ largest independent agencies providing comprehensive title, escrow, and closing services (commercial and residential) to real estate brokers, mortgage brokers, lenders, developers and home builders. Under the leadership, RTNAI and its affiliated companies grew to a nationally recognized leader in REO, relocation, and national accounts.

RTNAI is nationally underwritten by the leading title insurers First American,Old Republic and Williston Financial. Our customers include national developers, REITs, corporations, realtors, attorneys, brokers, principals, bankers, investors, and consumers. From humble beginnings, and a staff of only three, RTNAI's commitment to its core business focus through the 1980s and 1990s resulted in its growth into a full service agency with expertise in relocation, residential and commercial transactions.

Under the guidance and leadership of Leslie Rennell as President of RTNAI and its affiliate companies, the company continued its development from a small regional company, and has grown into a nationally recognized organization operating in all 50 States.
