Operational excellence
Through our efficient organization and digitalization of our business processes, we commit ourselves on a daily basis to an optimal deployment of people and resources. For example, our ERP system ensures it is possible to place an order from anywhere in Belgium which is then automatically entered into the correct regional planning without human intervention. Furthermore, our drivers and technicians have a convenient on-board computer that – in addition to the journeys made – can process data such as the location of the fuel tank and, if necessary, can remotely adjust the scheduled routes of our trucks so that nearby regions can relieve the burden on busy regions.

Customer intimacy
The end customer is always central to Comfort Energy Group. From order acceptance to delivery, inspection, or tank decontamination, we focus on all touch points through the use of our customers' NPS scores as a compass. This keeps us entirely focused on taking the burden off the end customer. Because every link in the ordering and delivery process is important, we invest in training courses for all our employees. With thorough training at every level, we want to improve the knowledge and skills of our people and teach them to put every customer first.

Energy Life Cycle Approach
We use our expertise to guide our customers through the entire life cycle of their liquid fuels. Our customers can contact us regarding every step in the process: for the installation of a fuel tank, the mandatory periodic inspections, the supply or optimization of fuels and the neutralization of the fuel tank.
