Who is Stix Catering?

Stix Catering is a HACCP accredited, multi award winning gold licence caterer founded by David ‘Stix' Allison in 1999.

Stix Catering is renowned for its catering expertise and was awarded 9 industry awards for catering excellence by both restaurant & catering nsw, and restaurant & catering australia between 2004 – 2007, including national caterer at an event and national corporate caterer of the year. This is more awards than any other single caterer during this period.

Our menus are inspired by the freshest of seasonal produce and we specialise in corporate and private events. We cater for a variety of events ranging from intimate board room lunches for 10, formal sit down dinners for up to 800 and cocktail parties for 2000. We offer a bespoke service and will tailor a menu to suit your specific needs.

Stix Catering endeavors to reduce its carbon footprint where ever possible and uses environmentally friendly products and practices along with local sustainable produce.

Stix has catered for some of the biggest names in industry and show business including Bill Clinton, James Packer, Harry Triguboff, John Travolta and Ellen Degeneres to name a few.
