Relations with international organisations in the field of international and inter-entity communications and transport;
Preparation and development of strategic and planning documents in the field of international and inter-entity communications, transport, infrastructure and information technologies;
Activities on control of unimpeded transport in international transport;
Civil aviation and civil air transport control;
Directorate for Civil Aviation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as an administrative unit, is an integral part of the Ministry, with its rights and regulations defined by a separate law.
