Coterena has established itself as a company specialised in the installation, repair and commissioning of marine machinery and stationary equipment. We are highly experienced in propulsion systems.

INSTALLATION

We can install any mechanical component for shipyards, ship owners or cogeneration plants, in accordance with the specifications of the manufacturer and client. We use supporting systems with classic metal chocks, vibracon, steel shims, vibration dampers or chock fast. We have the most modern laser alignment as well as simultaneous weight recorders to verify load bearings according to the calculations of rational alignments. These are accompanied by mechanical and hydraulic torque multipliers, which are used to install support bolts.

REPAIRS

Our work philosophy when it comes to the repair process works in three ways: Corrective repair, Predictive maintenance and Proactive maintenance


COMMISSIONING
We have a highly qualified staff with extensive experience in commissioning propulsion systems in new buildings and reparations. We work with the most modern and portable recording and analysis resources in order to adjust and deliver equipment in top condition.
