About
The HGYS Martial Arts School was formed in 1986, and performs and teaches Chinese Lion Dance, Martial Arts and Drumming (Taiko).
HGYS is prominent in the Melbourne cultural community for it's Lion Dance, Drum and Martial Arts demonstration teams. HGYS is very well known for its performances over the Chinese New Year period at the Crown Entertainment Complex and in Chinatown.
HGYS also has an extensive experience in School Incursions where they demonstrate lion dance and martial arts to Primary and High School students.
HGYS performances are available for corporate, sporting, educational or cultural events
