We are passionate L&D professionals with a solid background in learning (10+ y), training and coaching delivery, instructional design, and eLearning.

Working as in-house learning consultants, we know how difficult it is to manage the learning process in a dynamic, fast-changing organization.

• We try to grow people, like first time managers, we put pressure to achieve greatness from the very start, but we lack to offer them proper training and support

• We blame managers they don't lead their teams as they should, but we don't give them the tools, knowledge, and coaching they need to succeed

A manager is more than a person responsible for controlling, compliance, or just implementing decisions without personal input!

So we decided to bring all the passion and expertise for people development, mix it with our managerial experience, and offer agile learning programs to best support professionals growth.
