The sustainability of the production method is also being monitored by our research team. Starting from the source, where we support cocoa farmers with Fairtrade, through chocolate production in an environmental friendly way, for your pleasure.

With the "Stevia Range" Cavalier goes a step further. In this range, Cavalier combines all positive effects of cocoa with the natural advantages of sweeteners from Stevia for a sensational taste perception.
