About

HSG Engineering, founded in 2003 and part of the PA-ATS Group since 2022, focuses on automation and integration of pharmaceutical production processes.

HSG is a provider of high-capacity automation and information solutions, combining the right balance of technology and application knowledge based on a project team and best practices from its long years of experience. HSG is a group of different expertise in different application fields, but its core business is basically divided into the following main tasks:

Pharmaceutical production plants
Software integration from level 1 and above up to level 4
Automation engineering
Automated process equipment
Commissioning and validation of the plant's automated process.

HSG is certified (UNI EN ISO 9001) and its approach to quality is in accordance with GxP, GAMP5 best practices. HSG has developed an excellent experience with the software systems of the most important industrial automation companies but is also able to support the customer by providing electrical and mechanical HW solutions, performing revamping of existing process machines, assisting in the validation of equipment and producing IQ/OQ/PQ documents or performing SAT protocols on behalf of the customer.

HSG's mission is to develop innovative and integrable solutions that are responsive to its customers' growing needs, strictly in accordance with current pharmaceutical standards.

Thanks to its research and development (R&D) department, HSG takes advantage of new technologies, often as a precursor, with an insight into the past from which it draws its experience.

With the entry of ITACA into PA, HSG Engineering expands its skills in the area to offer a higher number of services to its customers.
