MCI Foods is the parent company to Los Cabos Mexican Foods, a leading manufacturer and marketer in the frozen Mexican entree category. We've been cooking up delicious flavors and outstanding nutrition since 1957; 2015 marks our 58th successful year doing what we do best!

We've built our reputation on making wholesome, convenient Mexican food products that taste great and meet stringent nutrition guidelines.

While we focus on all areas of the food service industry, we are best known for our work and dedication to the School Food Service market where we are proud to be affiliated with SNA. We are an approved commodity processor - we process cheddar cheese.

Our full line of CN-labeled Mexican entrees has options for every grade level, usage occasion and flavor preference. Choose from burritos, tacos, quesadillas and enchiladas as well as full line of breakfast items includilng burritos, quesadillas and wraps! Our products are also available in bulk and individually wrapped ( ovenable film) options too.
