About
We are an Industry RTO. That means we are based in the industry with industry partnerships and relationships. All of our staff are active in the industry areas in which they teach and we demand all trainers have no less than 10 years industry experience. We have an impressive stable of industry experts, trainers and facilitators.
VIDEO ENABLED LEARNING
Most of our online courses are offered by video enabled learning. Our trainers have delivered the content in a lecture to camera and we have added post production effects to intergrate the content. So as a student you watch the video and complete the assessment. You will receive the Learner Guide but you may not need it. No more death by lonesome reading as an "Online Student"
NO CALL CENTRE
Upon enrollment you will be allocated to Trainer and be given thier mobile number and email address. No more call centre bingo.

Our CEO David Bradford is a former QUT Lecturer with 30 years experience in the Human Services Industry. He has been Director of 3 state government training colleges (Child Safety, Communities and Health) and has a keen understanding of workforce development. Our trainers have provided transformational learning to our clients through context alised, insightful and energetic presentations and expert staff development activities. This diverse and talented team bring insight and experience to the classroom with significant impact. We cover every state and territory. We have partnerships to deliver incNew Zealand and we delivery in Samoa.
