Gumboots Early Learning is owned and operated by a local Melbourne family and along with our experienced team of educators and leaders, we are committed to providing families in our communities with exceptional, high quality care and education for their children.

Our centres have been well designed and planned with leading architects and landscapers who specialise in childcare design to provide modern, well appointed play spaces with contempory fittings and fixtures.

Our education program is based on a 'Learning thru Play' approach with inspiration from the Reggio Emilia Learning approach. We are dedicated to implementing and supporting sustainable practices through education and promoting environmental awareness. Our children will be encouraged to get their hands dirty in learning how to maintain our plants, garden beds and edible gardens consisting of herbs and vegetables.

Our practices will teach children how we can minimize water and energy usage and we will offer natural, recycled and reusable materials and resources where possible.
