Founded in 2004, DCC / CCR is a 200-seat call center located in Superior, Wisconsin sitting right
across the bay from Duluth, Minnesota on Lake Superior. With multiple colleges and universities within minutes of our location, we are fortunate to have access to a large pool of diversified, hard-working, and ethical talent that help bring quality and new ideas to our team.
