HRG helps shield the bottom line of suppliers selling to national retailers like Walmart, Target, Amazon, Kroger, and Walgreens. We specialize in all types of deductions - including compliance, promotions, allowances and post-audit defense for suppliers – and represents some of the largest brands on retail shelves in home electronics, health and beauty, grocery and many more.

Retailers can also deduct from suppliers for invoicing errors, shipping errors or when someone simply misread an email about a pricing promotion. But retailers only look for mistakes in their favor. HRG employs a team of auditors who have worked for large retailers and post-audit firms, so we know where mistakes are often made and where audit firms go to look for money. We provide a system of checks and balances to help suppliers recover revenue lost in their supply chain or through post-audit payment deductions.

We also provide consulting services to help suppliers learn best practices to help prevent claims from being filed in the first place.
