Headquartered in Newport Beach, California, Clearview Hotel Capital, LLC is a privately-held hotel investment and advisory company focused on acquiring and asset-managing hotels and multifamily properties in urban and unique locations. Clearview was founded in 2007 by Jon Kline. To date, Clearview has invested over $2bn in real estate, as well as participated in the origination of over $200mm in mezzanine debt. Clearview co-invests alongside its capital partners so as to maximize the alignment of interests.
