Our mission is to unite businesswomen through professionalism, practice networking, and sisterhood in a way that benefits both members and their future employers.
AWIB hosts meetings to foster professional development through a network of women. Each semester we partake in numerous socials and fundraisers, as well as special interest group events.

We also encourage our members to join one of our five committees, which meet monthly to build a great sisterhood. Our different committees include Finance, External Affairs, Human Resources, Events, and Marketing. Within these committees, a member will receive not only more responsibility but also opportunities for more socializing and fun!

Our vision this year is to increase involvement through a friendly and social environment to build professional relationships.
