JACOA is licensed by the State of Tennessee Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to provide Alcohol and Drug Residential Rehabilitation treatment for 41 clients, Alcohol and Drug Non-Residential Rehabilitation Treatment (Intensive Outpatient Program - I.O.P.), and Alcohol and Drug DUI School Services. JACOA offers a complete continuum of care, is co-occurring capable (CODC), and serves all of the counties in West Tennessee, also accepting service recipients from any county across the state of Tennessee.
