Aqua ViTea began in a Vermont farmhouse in 2007, based on the naturopathic principle of "food as medicine." One of the first kombucha brewers in the nation, the team pioneered the category with the introduction of the kombucha-on-tap model to encourage sustainable practices. Today, the rapidly growing company is the largest producer on the east coast and proudly brews low sugar, organic kombucha with naturally abundant probiotics, enzymes and antioxidants, whose balanced blend of sparkling refreshment and bold flavor makes it the perfect substitute for juice or soda.
Aqua ViTea strives to support the local rural economy by purchasing raw materials from local producers and by building and training a long-term workforce in our community.
