OZONATOR INDUSTRY ZA is a company based in, STRAND, Western Cape, South Africa. OIZA-OZONE's technology will be the first to be applied on a larger scale and specifically to treat and reduce medical waste and making it safe for land filling or incineration or as an alternative fuel for waste to energy plants – Cement Kilns & Boilers.

OIZA-OZONE has acquired IPR (South Africa Exclusive) from BOX O³ from Germany to manufacture Medical Waste Ozone Treatment Machines in South Africa for Global distribution. Ozone treatment technology is a self-contained processing system which has zero emissions and is safe, clean, easy to install, simple to operate, cost effective and environmentally sustainable.

NO harmful chemicals used.
NO special packaging or refrigeration.
NO lengthy transportation.
NO exposure to liabilities.

Waste is sterilized and ready for landfill.

OZ-10 / OZ-20, a small size device, can be placed directly in the administration services (i.e., in the dialyses dept.) or in the technical premises. It can be implemented in a simple manner by trained personnel, ensuring as quickly as possible, the physical denaturation of the waste by shredding and its safe disinfection, as well as the complete traceability of the treatment process. Ozone physically destroys the waste by an initial exclusive shredding process, making it unrecognizable and unusable. To crush any kind of waste (like fine needles, tubing, etc.), a fine calibration grid ensures that the granular material reaches the ideal size for disinfection and matches the minimum required standards. The granules reach a maximum size of 30 mm.
OZ-10 / OZ-20 operates without any heating, so no aggressive odours are generated! Moreover, Ozone also destroys odours!
