About

Lues Building Contractors (Pvt) Ltd. was established in 1972. With a change in shareholding & directors in 2001 the company changed its name to LBC Services (Pvt) Ltd trading as Lues Construction. The company is registered with the Construction Industry Federation of Zimbabwe as a ‘General Contractor Building' – Category "A".

Since its inception in 1972 the company has been based in Marondera, with the head office and workshops being located in the industrial area of town. In 2001 with the decline in the economy, an office was established in Harare to take advantage of the increased workload in the capital city. Whilst the majority of the work in the last few years has been in Harare, the company continues to carry out work in all centers around the country, for which it is well equipped.

Lues Construction has associated plant and property holding companies, which like Lues Construction are debt free with all assets being fully paid up, leaving the company in a sound financial position.

Due to the nature of construction, a large amount of our labour force is employed on a contract basis; however we maintain a core of approximately 70 full time employees.
