Energy:
Providers of green energy solutions with finance options. We will use our range of products and services to:

1) Measure the energy profile of each client
2) Design energy reduction and management solutions for each site
3) Apply renewable energy solutions such as Solar PV and other supporting
technologies
4) Provide the required long term funding to the approved clients, for the
system currently by way of a Power Purchase Agreements with similarities
to a lease. These contracts will be housed in a Special Purpose Company
("SPV") and will belong to the funders. There is a unique exit strategy for
the end user clients.
5) Monitor the customer for the duration of the contractual relationship
