Options For Homes Cameroon is a non-profit housing developer which is licensed by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development and affiliated to Options For Homes GTA (Greater Toronto Area), Canada's leading innovator of affordable ownership housing.
Options Cameroon is dedicated to providing affordable housing solution to as many Cameroonians as possible irrespective of their income level. Our vision is to create a self sustainable community with good quality homes and totally eradicate slums. These homes are designed in a contemporary Cameroonian style to provide maximum functionality for families. Our first and on-going development site is located at Limbe II, Mokundange and its called the Ocean View Estate mainly because of its fantastic view of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. There are other sites at the Limbe I municipality and in Buea called the Mountain View Estate also because of the breathtaking view of the Mount Cameroon Ranges.
