Established in 2003 by founder and indepedent contractor Roelof Ackerman, GM building projects has grown from strength to strength, overcoming the recession based economy which once crippled the building industry and gaining dynamic and informed experience through various partnerships made over the years.

GM - Standing for Grace Manifest was the name inspired by Roelof (owner) as his approach to construction with savvy business and good client relationship skills has brought his company success and admirable achievement.
