I founded Well Being to share my lived experience with finding happiness and living as a well being despite having a mental illness and childhood trauma. To end stigma around mental health, to demonstrate living well with mental illness is possible, to show that there is no one fix or solution to recovery, and to ensure people are supported on their recovery journeys, which are never linear. It is an individual journey with a recovery toolbox that is unique to each person. For me, my practice of yoga and meditation has saved my life (along with all of the other stuff I've done and the people who have helped me). It is my lived experience, augmented by training in yoga and meditation, wellness, mental health, coping skills, and coaching that I now offer to you.
