We are seasoned Human Resources professionals who use tools such as assessments and reviews to assist companies with improving recruitment, retention, culture, and compliance while reducing risk and liability. We have experience working in all facets of HR, including building culture, measuring engagement, assessing safety, strategic planning, creating and updating policies, ensuring legislative compliance, recruiting, enhancing retention, assisting with dismissals, creating custom training to respond to issues, workplace harassment investigations, and handbook development.
