The Black Girl Doctor is a mental health practice with a social justice mission to promote wellness for Black professionals.

We offer virtual therapy, coaching, employee wellness workshops and assessment, and consultation to organizations committed to making the workplace healthier for Black people.

We differentiate ourselves in the mental health space by staffing only the highest trained professionals in the field, ensuring all our programming is grounded in research, being hyper focused on translating science into interactive and culturally relevant activities that impact our clients lives in meaningful ways, and by over-delivering on expectations.
