JobsFreeForAll is a job website. It is, however, unique in two major ways:

The Cost of recruitment advertising continues to rise. We understand companies won't find the right candidates if they can't get the word out. Unlike most of the other 40,000+ job websites worldwide we let employers post their jobs for free. Our tagline is "Free for jobseekers, free for employers, free for all!"

Unlike the other major job websites we do more than provide recruitment advertising, an application process or a simple way of communicating. We provide optional help with resume scoring, telephone interviews, hard and soft skill assessments, background checks, education and employee history verification, drug testing, interviewing, onboarding, benefit administration, training and much more. We guide businesses through the 22 steps to a solid hiring decision.

The beta test of JobsFreeForAll begins April 20, 2009. Once we prove concept in Hawaii, our home market, we're mainland bound. Keep an eye on us as "it's going to be a wild ride!"
