Based in West Vancouver, our firm prevents and resolves construction disputes, including those involving collection, delay and tendering issues; defective building claims; and all aspects of lien enforcement. We employ practical contract drafting and effective use of mediation, arbitration and litigation.

Our team has been successful at all court levels, including the Supreme Court of Canada. We have also advanced and developed construction law by publishing articles and texts, and presenting at industry seminars.

Many of our clients are contractors engaged in the heavy construction or forest industries. Our work for those clients relates to claims or potential claims arising out of construction projects. We also advise on corporate matters, as well as other business concerns. We also provide ongoing advice on corporate and commercial transactions and insolvency matters.
