Goodfriend Management is a New York City based self-storage company that develops, owns and operates self-storage in the Metro New York market. Properties are modern, state of the art, and climate controlled. Building types include ground-up construction and retrofits both multi-story and ground-level. Several properties include storage for specialized items like documents, wine and collector cars.

Over the past twenty-five years Goodfriend Management has developed, owned and operated over 70 properties including an additional 20 facilities on a third party basis. To date the total square footage developed, owned and operated exceeds 5 million rentable square feet.

With its real estate background Goodfriend Management does well competing for sites, creates opportunities through mixed-use development and utilizes its local knowledge to its advantage in a challenging real estate market.
