The company was founded in order to take advantage of the unique real estate environment presented by the United States’ post-recession economy. With its distinct access to construction-phase financing, deep knowledge of local markets and wide set of industry contacts, ArcWest is well positioned for successful development in current market conditions.

ArcWest is led by Brad Hagedorn, a graduate of Dartmouth College with 4 years of experience at a top-tier management consultancy, and 8 years of experience in real estate development and management. The company is advised by Bruce Hagedorn, a 30-year industry veteran of both commercial and residential development in project scales ranging from a handful to hundreds of units.
